Unified Cutlery Theory
A non-Spoonie (and new Spoonie!) guide to managing fatigue
United Cutlery Theory (most often referred to as Spoon Theory) is a care language used in DAMN communities that serves as a uniform way to communicate access needs. Access needs, experienced by everyone, are needs that must be met for a person to be able to safely and fully engage in a given situation. Sharing this language across DAMN and non-DAMN communities removes access barriers and builds common ground around care.
